I remember in those first few dozen times I heard these songs, the building open between "Parabol" and "Parabola" used to make my day.

Then I remember wanting to cringe because it reminded me of talking to a guy whose name started with P and ended with :(, because I told him it made my day. Didn't make my day too much shortly after that.

This song also reminds me of when I first played with CSS layers, as I was listening to Lateralus on repeat that day. And also because the text I used to play around with were "Parabola" lyrics. The colors in the design were red and yellow. I know, I know. Wrong song.

It's weird that memory sticks so heavily to songs. Or, at least, did.
